Duties and Responsibilities
- Scheduling: Organizing rehearsals, cast meetings, and filming locations.
- Coordination: Facilitating communication between the production team, crew, and clients.
- Logistics: Managing equipment rentals, transportation, and accommodation for the crew.
- Bilingual Support: Ensuring smooth interactions with both English- and Mandarin-speaking teams.
The Shanghai Production Coordinator must also be well-versed in Chinese culture to enhance efficiency. This role is critical for the success of projects, especially in a dynamic city like Shanghai.
